Achtung: Frische Nudeln brauchen nur 2 - 3 Minuten (also aufs Timing achten)!\n\nDen Spinat von St\u00e4ngeln (bis zum Blattanfang) befreien und gr\u00fcndlich waschen. Sand bekommt man am besten raus, indem man den Spinat in Wasser legt und nicht nur abbraust.\n\nDie Zwiebel in Ringe schneiden, in eine Pfanne mit hohem Rand und Deckel mit dem \u00d6l geben und bei kleiner bis mittlerer Hitze glasig d\u00fcnsten (nicht braten!). Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fchepulver mit Wasser mischen und dazugie\u00dfen (alternativ geht auch Wei\u00dfwein statt Br\u00fche). Den Knoblauch sch\u00e4len, in m\u00f6glichst kleine St\u00fcckchen schneiden und in die Pfanne geben. Nun den Spinat dazugeben. Evtl. geht das nur nach und nach, er f\u00e4llt aber schnell in sich zusammen, so dass nachgelegt werden kann, falls die Pfanne nicht gro\u00df genug ist. Den R\u00e4ucherlachs in St\u00fccke schneiden und dazugeben, sobald der Spinat komplett in sich zusammen gefallen ist. Alternativ zum R\u00e4ucherlachs geht auch frischer Lachs, der auf die gleiche Weise einfach gew\u00fcrfelt und noch roh dazugegeben wird.\n\nEtwas Fl\u00fcssigkeit abnehmen und in einer Tasse mit der St\u00e4rke mischen, bis sie sich l\u00f6st. Dieses Gemisch wieder in die Pfanne geben, ebenso die Cremefine bzw. Schmand.
